11.1  Termination by 7555bta

7555bta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• You have engaged in any prohibited betting practice as described in Section 7.3;
• Your Account activity suggests money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• You are found to be under the age of 18;
• You have created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule;
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 7555bta.

In the event of Account termination for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited in full. Where termination is not the result of a player breach — for example, where 7555bta discontinues a service — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11.2  Effect of Termination

12.2  Language of Proceedings

12.3  Severability

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid or severed provision.

12.4  Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7555bta with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
